Q: I’ve already paired Amps Air to my phone but now it’s not repairing in stereo mode. It’s only showing me “Amps Mono”. How do I get it to pair in stereo again?
A: The most common reason for this is even though you removed both buds, only one bud has automatically powered on. To get stereo sound, you want both of them to turn on at the same time.
The easiest way is to put both buds back in the case. Make sure each bud has a red light while in the case to indicate they both auto turned off.
Wait a few seconds then remove both buds again. They’ll automatically turn on (indicated by 3 white flashing lights) and are paired to each other when both buds show a white light at the same time.
Q: How do I get the best possible sound from Amps Air?
A: The key to great sound is to getting a really good seal in your ear so you can hear all the bass, clarity & vocals from your favorite music. To get a proper seal, you need to find the right ear tip. Since everyone’s ear is different, Amps Air comes with 4 different ear tip sizes.
Start with the largest ear tip size that will fit in your ear and work your way down.
You’ll know when you have a good seal when the ambient noise around you is hard to hear and Amps Air feel secure in your ear.
Q: How do I know how much power the charging case has?
A: The charging case has a total of 4 indicator lights on the front of the case. Simply tap the case and you’ll see 1, 2, 3 or 4 lights telling you how charged up the case it.
When it gets down to 1 you’ll want to recharge the case to make sure you’re never caught without your music.
Q: How do I activate Siri or Google Assist?
A: Double press the multi-function button on either bud to bring up Siri/Google Assist. Once you hear the Siri/Google prompt on your device, go ahead and let them what you need them to do like turn the volume up, skip the song or start a call.
